Recovering usernames and passwords

To recover a username or password, click the Sign In link on the E-Campus login page, http://ecampus.esc13.net. 

Click Forgot Password and follow the steps to recover your information or reset your password.

Begin by entering the email address associated with your E-Campus account and then click Next.

If a match is found, your username and a temporary password will be sent to your email address. Return to the E-Campus Sign In page and use the information provided. Once logged in you will have a chance to update your password and enter a password reminder phrase.

If no match is found you will be asked to try another email address. At this time, you may also click Help to fill out a username and password recovery request form.

If it is found that your email address matches more than one E-Campus account, you will be asked for your username. At this time, you may also click Help to fill out a username and password recovery request form. Please do not create multiple E-Campus accounts.  This may cause you to lose access to transcripts and online courses.
